Seasonal Prep · Legal Requirement

Hotel Staff Mandatory Training

Fire safety regulations, occupational safety law and ABTA/TUI audits all require specific training to be delivered by certified instructors at the start of each season, with documented drills. Savexit handles planning, training and official records on a single calendar.

Level 2 Fire Training · Hazard-Class Quotas

How many Emergency Response Team members your workplace must appoint and certify for Level 2 training, by hazard class:

Hazard Class Quota (team members per workforce) Typical Sectors
Very Hazardous 1 team member per 30 workers Construction, mining, heavy chemicals, oil & gas
Hazardous 1 team member per 40 workers Manufacturing, printing, light industry, hotel kitchen/technical
Less Hazardous 1 team member per 50 workers Offices, banks, call centres, hotel front-office / reception
💡 Practical summary for hotel owners: Most accommodation facilities fall under hazardous class (kitchen, boiler room, laundry). For a typical 200-employee hotel, at least 5 suppression + rescue team members need Level 2 training, while all 200 staff require Level 1.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every question — answered.

We don't have current floor plans — can you still create escape plans?

Yes. With our advanced 3D area scanning we capture the dimensional data of your facility within hours and produce scaled floor plans from that data. We deliver fast and accurate results even without existing drawings — saving up to 40% project time.

What do you provide for ABTA and TUI audits?

ISO 7010 symbols, legible typography, version stamps, mounting report and a QR-served digital revision are bundled with an audit-specific documentation pack including symbol legend, photographic evidence, and drill protocol.

How fast can you deliver?

For a typical mid-size hotel, survey-to-installed delivery is 7–10 business days. Express service can drop to 4 days. Our 3D area scanning shortens the survey phase by up to 40%.

Are printing and installation included?

Yes — acrylic, photoluminescent plates, exterior vinyl and aluminium composite. We perform site measurement, install at correct sight lines and deliver a photo report of every fixed plate.

How does the QR-coded digital plan work?

Each room/floor has a unique URL. Scanning the QR opens an interactive escape page for that point. Updates are pushed digitally — no reprint needed. Multilingual content and downloadable PDF can be added.

Which regions do you serve?

Antalya HQ, nationwide service across Turkey: Antalya, Manavgat, Side, Belek, Kemer, Alanya, Bodrum, Marmaris, Çeşme, Bursa, Istanbul and Ankara among others.

Are escape plans legally required?

Yes. Turkey's Building Fire Safety Regulation requires escape plans for hospitality, retail, office and educational buildings. ABTA/TUI compliance is also a practical must for hotels working with overseas operators.

Who must receive Level 1 fire training?

Every employee in every workplace, regardless of sector or hazard class. Hotels, offices, factories, hospitals, schools, retail stores — all staff are legally required to receive this training. It must be repeated annually and delivered as orientation to every new hire before they start work.

What are the hazard-class quotas for Level 2 fire training?

Level 2 is provided to support members assigned to the legally required Emergency Response Team — not the entire workforce. By workplace hazard class: Very hazardous: 1 team member per 30 workers (construction, mining, heavy chemicals); Hazardous: 1 per 40 (manufacturing, printing, light industry, hotel kitchen/technical); Less hazardous: 1 per 50 (offices, banks, call centres, hotel front office).

Is Level 3 fire training mandatory for every workplace?

No. Level 3 is not a general legal duty — it is an advanced specialist programme. It is designed for professional response teams of high-risk facilities (refineries, petrochemical, shipyards, OIZs, airports) and for OHS specialists, workplace doctors and professionals seeking the "Fire Trainer" certificate.

Can you train all staff at once at our hotel?

Yes. During pre-season prep we can complete Level 1 fire training for 200+ staff in a single day across grouped sessions. For split shifts we run three sessions (morning, afternoon, evening); Level 2 is staged separately for the selected team. The drill itself is performed with the full facility active. Reports, attendance lists and certificates arrive within 5 business days.

Can you deliver express before the season starts?

Yes. During the March–June season ramp our express team can deliver in 4–6 working days. Send us your facility details and we'll respond with a feasibility brief the same day.

How is pricing structured?

Based on facility size (m² + room count), current plan availability, material choice, digital QR scope, and number of installation points. We share a fixed-price transparent quote within 24 hours of survey or online call.

Are content updates billable?

Routine updates on QR digital revisions (phone numbers, language additions, minor route fixes) are free for the first year. Structural changes or new floors may incur a design/print fee.
